Contact the winery for the most recent releases. 2005 Chardonnay Just the right balance of fruit in the flavor, with a smooth buttery finish. 2003 Claret A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, this is a delightful wine. Deep chocolate and cassis with mid-notes of cedar and rasberry. Will age nicely for several years, but drinkable now. 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Aromas of strawberry, black pepper, and chocolate continue through to the flavor. A lingering spice finish. Absolutely decadent with chocolate!
