2000 D'Argent Chardonnay
Barrel-fermented in French oak, we picked up green apples in the nose and enjoyed a soft, buttery flavor. The finish was long with accents of vanilla and oakiness.

2000 Chardonnay
This Chardonnay was barrel fermented in French and American oak, giving the wine a distinctly different flavor than the D'Argent Chardonnay. We enjoyed an aroma of honeydew melons with various fruit flavors in the mouth and just a hint of vanilla. The finish reminded us of caramels.

2000 Jupilles Merlot
Another wine that was aged in French oak barrels. We detected aromas of cedar and mocha with red cherries in the mouth. A lovely creamy finish that included black licorice flavors.

2000 Merlot
Aged in American oak, this wine has definite aromas of cedar, cherries and blackberries with wild berries in the flavor.

2000 Dentelle
A flavorful belnd of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. We picked up herbs and spices in the nose, along with berry scents. This wine was very silky in the mouthy with berries and earthy spices in the lingering finish. Aged in French oak.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich aromas and flavors of black currant, black peppers, and berries. The finish reminded us of tasted oak and chocolate. A drinkable now wine.
