Blanc de Blanc
The only sparkling wine produced in the U.S. with a varietal make-up
of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Gris. The Chardonnay gives it a
toasty oak flavor and the Pinot Gris adds a nice spiciness.
Blanc de Noirs
Made from dark-skinned grapes, this sparkling wine has a pale salmon-pink
color. Very good flavor that will go with lots of different foods.
We could imagine it with sauteed mushrooms. A good replacement when
you're thinking 'light red.'
Brut Prestige
An interesting rose petal aroma in this sparkling wine with flavors
of vanilla and melon. Lingering finish. We thought it would taste
wonderful with some fried calamari or clam strips.
Sparkling Pinot Noir
Very nice! Because red sparkling wines are relatively rare, you
won't want to miss this one. Ripe plums, cloves, candied berries,
and spices in the aroma and flavor with a light cranberry/chocolate
finish. Definitely a flavorful wine!
