A stately "château" houses some of the best sparkling wine in the Napa Valley. After a day of wine-tasting, this is the ideal place to stop and cleanse your palate before heading home.

Try the cheese & fruit plate that's offered and notice how it changes the flavor of the different sparkling wines.

Brut Cuvée
This is a nice, overall sparkling that will please most palates. Aromas of tangerine and green apples.

Brut Rosé
 A "pink" sparkling that is slightly sweeter. It reminds you of strawberries in the taste, with just a hint of peaches. A nice wine with duck and salmon.

2000 Rêve Blanc de Blancs
A drier sparkling wine with a full-bodied, luxurious taste. Aromas of exotic fruits and floral notes. Repeatedly rated "The Best Sparkling Wine in America."

Still Wines

Avant-Garde Pinot Noir
This winery offers three Pinot Noirs. This one was our favorite. Very aromatic with hints of rose petals, anise, and vanilla. Available only at the winery.
