2000 Fume Blanc
A delightful blend of oranges and tangerines in the aroma with apricot
flavors. A crisp, summer wine.
2000 Arneis
This wine is made with a grape from the sourthern Piedmont region
of Italy. Very flavorful in the mouth with ripe pears on the finish.
2000 Rose of Cabernet Franc
This is a dry rosé wine with a light aroma of strawberries
in the nose. Very brisk in the mouth. Finish brings bright cherries
and strawberries to mind.
1998 Cabernet Sauvignon
Very balanced, flavorful wine with mixed berries in the aroma, ripe
cherries on the palate, and spicy cherries in the finish. Nice mouth
feel.
1998 Elevage
A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc brings
plums, vanilla, and just a hint of cherries to the nose. Flavor
and finish is all about cherries. Rated 90 by Wine Spectator.

wines and older vintages of Elevage and Cabernet Sauvignon.
1998 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
Very good wine with soft blackberries and just a hint of red licorice
in the aroma. Lots of rich berries in the mouth with a long, long
finish that spoke of dark plum, chcolate, and smoky nutmeg. Yum!
A wine that will bring added pleasure over the years. Available
only at the winery.
1991 Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine has spicy berry flavors from start to finish. Nice wine.
1988 Cabernet Sauvignon
We picked up blackberries throughout. This wine will be even better
in a few more years.
