NV Brut
A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay produces a wine with citrus flavors.

1997 Brut Rosé
A sweeter (but not too much), more flavorful wine that is made from mostly Pinot Noir grapes.

NV Crémant
Another wine made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but this one is sweeter than the NV Brut, and is less effervescent. A creamy texture. Will do well with food.

1999 Eaglepoint Pinot Noir
A still wine that is very aromatic. Lots of cherries and spice in the nose. Smooth in the mouth with a pepper-like finish.
