An absolutely magnificent winery. Walk through the entrance doors and immediately hear the lilting sounds of smooth jazz ... or possibly some classical music ... or occasionally an operatic aria will fill the room.

Tasting hours: Weekends - 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday thru Saturday - 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

2000 Estate Chardonnay
2 Bronze Medals - SF Bay Area and Orange County Competitions
Very tropical nose (pineapple, pear, citrus fruits) and flavor. Creamy finish.

2000 Chardonnay
This wine was aged in French oak and had a distinctively different taste than the Estate Chardonnay. Full, oaky-buttery flavors. A delightful wine!

1999 Estate Merlot
Gold Medal/Best of Class at State Fair
Plum and cassis in aroma and flavor. Licorice on finish. A very smooth wine on the palate.

1999 Reserve Estate Merlot
International Gold Medal
Tobacco, leather, and cherry on the nose and in the mouth. This wine will age nicely for 3-5 years.

1999 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Very fruity nose. Intense berry flavors with hints of caramel on the finish. Light on tannins, very drinkable now.

2000 Estate Sanviovese
Gold Medal/Best of California SF Chronicle Competition
Black cherries and a little cinnamon in the aroma with a jammy strawberry flavor. Licorice and coffee on the finish. A very smooth, tasty wine.

1997 Merlot Dolce
A smooth dessert wine with a nice, balanced sweetness. Port-like flavor, yet lighter.

Other wines produced by this winery include: Viognier, Johannisberg Riesling, White Zinfandel, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Champagne.
